POTO Vinculum is a megastructure concept for large scale green developments. The vertical element sits over a
horizontal base, interconnected through elevated podiums that bridge
from tower to tower. This mega structure's bridges as well as roofs
are green vertical park spaces. The building
primarily operates as a single unit comprising of several pieces. Vinculum is a mathematical term for union or unity. The building is meant to house residential, commercial, and hotel space.
